Welcome to MediaGo! These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the MediaGo Website, mobile apps and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Accept the terms

By creating an account, downloading the MediaGo App, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which constitute a binding contract between you and MediaGo. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the right to bind that entity to these Terms.

MediaGo reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any updates to these Terms.
2. User account
2.1 Creating an Account
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the account registration process and to update this information to keep it accurate and complete.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify MediaGo of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
2.3 Account Termination
MediaGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. After termination, you may not be able to access your account and any data associated with it.
3. Use of services
3.1 License Grant
Subject to these terms, MediaGo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree not to:
Use the Service in any manner that may damage, disable, overload or damage the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
Use the Service to engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity.
Use the Service to upload, post or transmit any defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise illegal content.
3.3 Content Ownership
You retain all ownership of any content that you upload or submit to the Service. However, by submitting Content to the Service, you grant MediaGo a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such Content solely for the purposes of providing the Service.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Intellectual Property Rights of MediaGo
The Service and all of its content, features and functions (including, without limitation, all information, software, text, display, images, video and audio, and their design, selection and arrangement) are owned by MediaGo, its licensors or other providers of such materials and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4.2 User Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, post or transmit through the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such Content and that such Content does not violate any third party rights or applicable law.
5. Third-party services
5.1 Integration with Third-Party Services
The Service may include or provide access to third party services or content. Your use of such third-party services is subject to the terms and conditions of such services. MediaGo is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third party services or content.
5.2 Third-party Advertising
The Service may display advertisements from third parties. Your interaction with such advertisements is governed by the advertiser's privacy policy and terms and is not governed by these Terms.

Your use of the Service is subject to MediaGo's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 No Guarantee
The Service is provided "AS is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Media go disclaims all warranties, express or implied, arising from regulations or other laws or in the course of the transaction.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of how such damages are caused, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
